At the request of an automotive supplier, our company designed 2 robot cells. Each cell serves a qualification machine, during which the bulbs tested by the machine are packed in a plastic tray. The cycle time of the cells is 4000 bulbs/hour. The robotic cell operates in automatic mode, with the operator only refilling the trays. The peripheral equipment was manufactured by our company, as well as the electrical design and construction.
